Prior to joining Post University first as an Associate Faculty member and then in her current role as Academic Program Manager for the Master of Public Administration program, Cynthia practiced law as a full-time city attorney. She is interested in how digital technology impacts government functions and the provision of public services. A member of a nonprofit board of directors, she is also interested in how nonprofit organizations can make better use of digital technology to promote and grow their organizations. In addition to managing the MPA program, Cynthia serves as a State of Connecticut Superior Court Magistrate.
